It's funny you mentioned Moyes, Mancini only achieved one win against him in his entire City career. Saying that both have failed to mount a decent title defence to be fair.

agree with all of that, no other club would have shot themselves in the foot as we did sacking mancini. that said this is not a bob v pellers thing. bob has gone and has nothing to do with our current plight, i call it a plight but it isn't really when you think of where we once were.this about a change, a change somewhere in our club. now there are many ways we can do that, manager, dof or a number of players, maybe all three but change we must. we can only see whats in front of us and that is a team of older but very talented players losing games that we simply shouldn't lose. we see no fight, no shape, nothing to suggest we actually know what we are doing. that has to be down to the manager, at least thats where you start. what if we spend millions on new players and it was him all along. we have to replace the manager and tweak this squad with a couple maybe three new faces. that puts the pressure on the dof, see how his signings go on considering we'll be slightly better off regarding ffp. if he fucks up we look at his position next. after the new players come in and a few are shipped out we will have a squad ready to go again, yet bearing in mind the manager they downed tools on has gone, no excuses now for our prima donnas.by january they will be gone too.
i think its also worth pointing out we have been very unlucky with some officials. pens not given and offside goals being allowed to stand. bet we've lost a dozen points this way, how would they now look on our tally? no its not a plight but we have to remedy for next season just incase it becomes one.

I'm just glad Pellegrini never won a trophy or a league title for us and broke a few records doing so as it will make it easier to get rid pmsl.

As for that nasty Spanish man who sacked Bob, newsflash, he didn't, the real powers that be did, Khaldoon and then only with the nod from Mansour. Shall we fuck them off as well?

I've no issue discussing Pellegrini or any other employee of the club and their performance or lack of it if need be but its gone fucking bonkers on here, it really has.

We've got one of the best squads in the league already. Just not playing to its full capability.

Sadly, we might have "one of the best" squads but no longer have the "best" squad and that's what it will take to win the Prem next season....most of our best players have been in place for many years and are sadly playing off their name this season.....nothing in our performance this season shows we have the best squad any longer....great players have poor games but not poor seasons...It took many fans most of this year to see that Dzeko is no longer good enough to carry us in the CL or to be prem champs....People like Dzeko played their best in past years but the hunger is gone and we will not have a chance of winning the Prem until we ship 3 or 4 of them out...not only do we need to sell but Txiki has to do a better job of replacing the squad with talent, that fits out system......The problem is every game the team is carrying a couple of players that is not giving 100%...whether its Yaya or Dzeko or Fernando....no matter what game or team we play there is a weakness that teams are finding.....We might be a top 5 team still but after the money and support of the owners....top 5 is falling way short of where this team needs to be......

If we played with this same squad next year then it would be there for all to see no matter who was in charge that this squad has run its lot.

It was never good enough to earn any respect in Europe as a side to be reckoned with and now its not good enough to challenge for the title anymore.

If we don't replace the likes of Zabba, Clichy, Kolorov, Nasri, Fernando , Milner, Yaya , Boyata, Richards, Dzeko , Jovetic over the next two , three windows tops we shall see us struggle to qualify for Europa least of all Chumps League.

You can fall off the perch quickly unless you improve the squad each season you slip down the ladder quickly.

We haven't improved our starting eleven since 2011/12 when you get to the bear bones and other teams like Arsenal , Manure, Chelsea have.
