Money has corrupted our fanbase and created the new breed of plastics. I agree wholly, by the way.
Plastic????
I've been watching City for over 40 years. I've seen us play shit with shit players, but never seen us with such a negative clueless manager.

Yes but this is 2010 not 1970 - we are looking to perform consistently as a European power against other European powers.

We are part of Europe and in the global game - our owners are global and Roberta has european experience. This is ROLLERBALL NOW.

We are crying out for a Berkovic, Benayoun, Bernarbia (come around every decade) player. Central midfield playmaker. Silva does his work in the final third. If Yaya does not have a good game, we are fucked. I said Yaya would be the key player for us this season, and he is not delivering. When he goes on those driving runs, box to box, we push on and win. When he is a dilly dallying, strolling, pass sideways inept, we struggle as there is a huge hole in the middle.

Yep just this. We need pace on the flanks if we're gonna fill midfield with defensively minded midfielders. Yaya is the man to make a difference in that formation but only if he plays far better than what we have seen so far.

There are basically too many similar players doing similar jobs. This is limiting our options and making us one dimensional imo. Makes us hard to beat yes. Hard to watch too and stifling the creativity required to score more goals. Its also dictating how the opposition line up cos they know exactly what to expect. That kills it as a spectacle.

Remember when all our goals were coming from midfielders and not strikers!!!

I too wistfully mentioned Ali/ Berko during that dirge today.

What does booing actually accomplish!!! If we got a goal right at the end there would be no booing so Is it the so called boring football or we didn't win?!

Like it or not, it's the ultimate right of the paying audience to boo if they are dissatisfied with whatever they have paid to see. if people want to boo, it's their right. If you accept that people can, and will, cheer and applaud anything they judge to be good, then conversely they are allowed to boo and jeer anything they judge to be bad.

Remember also that there are players out there who are surrounded by agents, hangers-on, shadowy figures on the payroll etc. who will be told by these same people that they were great, regardless of their display/s. Sometimes they need to be told that this is, in fact, not the case.

People can adopt a holier-than-thou attitude to this all they want, but the crowd have the right to express their feelings.

Personally I do not agree with booing. If you don't have anything good to say then why not say nothing at all.

We are as a group of fans bitching and moaning . After 50 mins today people around me were doing my head in with the negativity. There was plenty of time to score but we pressed the panic button with our whingeing and moaning, absolutely mindless.

We need patience during games and during the season. We will get the manager sacked at this rate, it's pathetic. The alternative is usually worse.

3 consecutive clean sheets. 4th position. A partially fit Tevez, suspended Mario and an injured sub striker in Ade. First choice left back gets 80 mins after injury.

Keep the Faith, roll on Fulham. Support your team.

I was disappointed by the result today but I think we are going to have to see this a few more times. How many times did Brum really have players committed in attack? Seemed to me there was very little space. The quality is there in City we just didn't convert today on another day tevez goal stands or AJ shot goes in...

I also thought the "team" played better. Unfortunately Ya Ya had a mare so what it happens.

Booing your own players and manager seems a pretty perverse way to support your team. Made me feel ashamed to be a blue. Not like we are languishing in relegation battle is it! Too many of those who want instant glory maybe can't see the massive changes that are happening on the pitch. We don't get rolled over any more and teams fear us. That's why they sit 10 men behind the ball..makes it bloody difficult to score that does (remember Switzerland v Spain in world cup??)

I've read the threads on here with utter disbelief. Some of you write on here with so called football knowledge, dear god. Least some of you will be never out of work, you can get a job at the comedy club you'd go down a storm.

I purposely have not looked at Bluemoon for the last few hours, I've come to realise the comments aren't worth reading, ranging for clueless to comical, I cannot remember Bluemoon ever being so crammed full of half-wits, intelligence I would more associate with being a red than a blue.

Perhaps the time has come to have two sites.

We will come good, very good, and I hope all the negative, clueless fcukers, who want Mancini out. Just piss off from this site. You aren’t welcome, opinions are one thing, but. . . . .

When RM puts together the players he finally wants, believe me that won’t be till next year, we will fly.

I'm adding to this thread rather than creating a new one, met a lad in China who agreed with me that 0-0 against scum was a good one. Today was unlucky but luck can bouce either way, we're still within 3 points of rags, and we're only aiming for 4th live with it, be realistic.

I 100% agree! Shameful Blues absolutely shameful! I remember wen Sunderland (Sh*te Sunderland may I add) held the Munichs to a 0-0 draw at home - no booing - a shrug and a moan fine - no calling for Whiskey nose to f*ck off!

The Bellamy chant was cringeworthy to the point of David Brent dancing and am sorry Blues u continue down this rocky path u may get ure wish just as u did with Hughes! This guy is an f*ing winner! Wat have we won in the last 35 years - give u a clue - it rhymes with hero. Wat has Hart, Boateng, Kompany, Bellamy, Zaba, Kolarov, Nige, Barry, Milner, Johnson, Shay, Jo, Manu won - bobbins!

I hate how fellow blues have started to lord it - wat right do we have to do that since we have won bobbins for 35 years! How about the guys on here who whine and moan and got nothing better to do hold ure tongues (or keypads in this case) and have some f*cking patience!

CTID!!!

Kinda what I was saying.

Shameful today the behaviour of our 'fans' both on here and at the ground.

Those of us that went to WBA saw a glimpse of the future.

Do City fans just want a good moan not a good team??
