Diving...

Maybe but one or two of our players were fortunate not to get booked.

This is the darker side of European competition which is still hard to eradicate from the game.

krasic was amazing tonight, he was running the show.

but he ruined it for himself with his constant diving, it was cringing.

fair play to the ref for booking him, i was 80 yards away and even i could see no contact was made, it was embarassing.

Krasic went down too easily once or twice even before he got booked for that blatant dive, good thing the ref was strong. But what will they get up to in the home leg in Turin, especially if going through to the next round depends on that match.

I wouldn't go OTT about it. I think one of their two penalty shouts could easily have been given.

As for the Italian thing, Krasic is Serbian and some of our own players aren't against taking a tumble, including AJ who is English.

I thought City showed some excellent play and Juve helped make a really good game, exactly what Europe should be about. Let's not get into throwing lazy stereotypes around at every opportunity.

Some terrible diving from Juve last night, ruined the game to an extent.

I noticed Gaz Baz swiping his boot near Iaquinta's head after he went down under his "challenge" near the end.

Iaquinta, especially, was a disgrace, what is he 6ft 2? Going down like a sack of shit all night.
