They have never replaced lost cards on derby day.

I remember going out on the piss the night before we lost 2-0 in 2005 to them, I lost my Citycard (which turned out to be under the couch).

I phoned them, had my passport and credit card I had booked the ticket on but they wouldn't do anything, they never will when it's against United. I was devastated that day although we did go on to lose so maybe it wasn't such a bad thing.

To be fair to them they did give me a free ticket for the Portsmouth game a month or two later.
