I havent celebrated it since 1983 when my dad died in the november , i lock the doors , phone off the hook, eat tons of crap and watch wall to wall football. Var has ended the wall to wall bit but the rest still stands

Sorry to hear that - it's a difficult time for a lot of people and can bring up a lot of memories.

Still, however down you might feel on Christmas Day, remember it's only going to get worse come the full time whistle on Boxing Day!

I like it as of tonight........works done......shopping done.....littleM9 home from uni.....just need City to wake up on boxing day.

I do like Christmas but find the family thing challenging if I'm honest. Keeping older parents entertained can be a bit of a drag

My dads been here 2 hours and not put his phone down, saves entertaining him but still can’t really relax and put a film on with the missus we’d like to watch
