Objection !!! Having lived on Langley and Hollin Estate, I can happily say where we live in Heywood is really quite decent.

Not that Langley and Hollin are bad, just that you can't generalise.

I could easily say ***** is worse than anywhere else but I won't.

BTW - I used to work on that industrial estate in Boarshaw which was demolished and is the subject of the OP. Happy memories !
