Stumbled across this online, a fella, or group of fellas policing shopping trolley (or carts as they call them) returns in the U S of A.

We need this group to have a UK branch for us good people.

I bet that if we could do a poll, you'd find that Rags were the biggest culprits of this heinous crime.

If it one where you don't need a quid I take them back unless I notice someone parked like a prick taking 2 spaces then I leave it next to thier boot or door.

I once witnessed an incredibly drunk lad after a night out in Shrewsbury go careering down a hill in a shopping trolley. The trolley hit the kerb, stopped abruptly and ejected the lad straight into the top of a shop window. He slid down cartoon style and slumped to the floor. I actually thought he was dead, but he got up and walked it off. I bet he felt it in the morning

As a former professional trolley returner, the only acceptable time to not return your trolley to the designated zone is when there's a pound coin in it that a broke student trolley pusher might be able to accumulate and then use to purchase goods such as alcoholic beverages after their shift.

But only then.

They have my quid in them; obviously I return them!. If they're free, I just throw them in the canal.
Interesting. Tell me, is throwing objects into the canal something of a pastime of yours Mr Markir?

My trolley token is one of my most valued possessions so for that reason, yes.

Although it makes my brain hurt a bit that trolley tokens cost more than £1.

Been watching the Cart Narcs for some time.

It’s funny how triggered some people can get for being pointed out as being in the wrong.
