Do you support the RMT?

Lies or incompetence ? Could be either could be both

Just seen that myself and had to take a second look. I can understand the general public not understanding it but he’s the PM so knows exactly what he’s doing.

Talking about bringing the country together but in the background using divid and conquer tactics to rip it apart.

No we will not. A 10% increase in wages will not increase costs by anything like that. More like 3-4% for many industries. Wages are a component in costs but nothing like the whole of all costs. Anyone arguing the contrary is economically illiterate.

The price increases are caused by external factors such as energy and food costs and have bugger all to do with wage inflation.

Private sector wages are increasing to partially compensate for price increases, why should the public sector be denied the same treatment?

Do people want a society where the likes of nurses are forced to seek private sector jobs to make ends meet?

You're a bit clueless to how inflation actually works, it has nothing to do with costs it's all to do with demand and supply, more wages = more demand = higher inflation.

We're not talking about nurses here either we're talking about train drivers who earn double what a nurse earns

What's the title of the thread?

Train drivers are represented by a separate union, ASLEF.

Economic illiteracy. Hard to know where to start with that.

It's not even Tory policy, which is growing a high wage economy.
