Do YOU think Mancini will be our manager next season?

I am almost certain that Mancini is here for the long term. My only doubt is that with Mourinho being like he is I cant see him being at Madrid and taking on Barca and coming second in a two Horse race. Where then does he go?

He rates himself enough not to worry about that, I'm assuming. As for the prospect that he will take over from Mancini should we make the top four, the only way you could see it happening is if Bobby Manc actually wanted to return to Italy to manage there.

Only 2 reasons mancini won't be here next season (this is just my opinion)

A) Jose wants the job
B) Mancini wants to manage back in Italy

Mancini's doing a great job at present and with fund's would make us successful, but i don't think our owner would snare the possibility of Jose coming if the opportunity presents it's self.

When player's see jose they see trophie's, success, he would entice better player's than Roberto imo, they would see this club is going to win things, i think the club would enjoy this profile.

I like bobby and would be made up if here's here next season, but i have faith and trust in our board to make the right choices on our future.

i like jose, i like bob, i mainly though would like some stability, you may say jose could start that stability, start a dynasty maybe, i must say though all this talk of bob being replaced if we miss 4th, what will we miss it by? 1 point? goal difference? hardly fair to sack a guy having got so close to the seasons target. what i am saying is we as fans can't lose, jose regardless, if the rumours are true, or bobby with a chance to put his own stamp on his own squad. we are very lucky fans. my only fear is bob takes umbridge at our failure to stamp out this speculation and decides to up sticks (who could blame him)jose then turns us down, we are shit street in my opinion. its entirely for this reason we should right now call the usual 4pm press conference with cook, bobby and marwood and nail our colours firmly to mancini's mast.

end of speculation
end of unstability
end of shitting bricks.

Ive read all the mancini threads since they started in february thats been on here and for me living in sweden i do not have any knowledge of anything more than what i can read and what i can see on the pitch...

All threads its same 4 posters being all smug about being ITK... they try to tell all and sundry that THEY have knowledge but they just never say anything at all... it seems to me that all they do is being smug and rude to other posters that obviously dont have the same info they prey... its just boring to read it... man up and deliver the info straight up instead of being snobs about it...

so all i have read since february is that Mourinho is to be our next manager... no matter what happens on the pitch or where we end up in the league... at least that is what they try to tell us... have I read you 4 right??? They are saying that the contract is just 6 months, Mancini wants to leave, some players are unhappy with Mancini, the 3,5 years contract is actually a 6 months contract or its a 3.5 years contract with a 6 months get out clause from both the club and from mancini to fall back on... have I understood this right?...

Then we have the poster trying to be sensible and talk common sense and bring logic to their arguments... they all say its senseless to not let Mancini continue because he has delivered... so far at least... De Niros last post is where I myself stand... this need to be settled soon or we might end up in shitcreek...

Im all for a good arguments... but please stop being snide to each other...

I've heard that Mancini is out and Mourinho is in next year no matter where we end up in the league this season.

I am way more In the Know than the current crop of BlueMoon ITKs, and I have been told that not only will Mancini NOT be our manager next year, but he isn't even our manager THIS year.

He didn't sign a three and a half year contract, or a 6 month contract, but a three and a half HOUR contract.

Jose Mourinho is our current manager, and that is why we've started winning so confortably.

Anyone who believes the Official Site, the newspapers, television, the players or their own eyes is being INCREDIBLY naive. Especially the players.

I cant believe how gullible some people are. It's hilarious.

But go ahead and believe what you want, I'll just sit here, full of knowledge, laughing at you all.

Been out since page 2 of this thread and just got back in 24 pages. Wow!

So we have been on the best run of form I can ever remember. Chelsea, Burnley and Fulham away. Wigan and B'ham at home. loads of goals and chances missed.

And yet we have this thread again and again. If the those oh so wise ITKs are correct it will be a very sad day for City.

And I suspect it will hurt us as a club immensely.

The cabal's sadness at the loss of Hughes was surely sincerely felt otherwise they wouldn't have been itching to see the back of Mancini since day one.

However the loss of Hughes has been a very positive step for the club. If Mancini leaves it will be a backward step and I hope our owner is aware of this.
