Does the constant slander about City bother you?

Nothing will ever change the worlds perception of us now. The people are now brain washed. We’ll be hated for ever or until the trophies dry up. Till then we just have to learn to just brush it off and just expect the negative media to follow us wherever we go. One thing I’d love the club to start doing is ban repeated offenders who continually write or tweet crap from ever stepping foot in our stadium. I can’t believe we treat these low life’s well only for them to slap us in the face.

It has been an orchestrated campaign from the off like Wenger said money is ok, but money and ideas is not.
The negativity was spread by our direct rivals, with a compliant media, the narrative set.
I do wonder what effect it had in attracting sponsors. Once out of the pandemic we will find out on this, that was the plan to hamstring us create negativity to restrict outside investment and to stem growth ie new fans.
I think the newbies in the UK will come now if your 8,9,10 now all you know is a successful City and the yanks are not as vocal after the SL farce.
One thing is clear though our owners have marked everyone’s card, are steadfast in their approach and seem more determined than ever.
I am also enjoying Harris and Evans are increasingly shouting more and more into an empty room.

does it bother me yes, as much as previous, no.

I agree. If the stuff is continuously trolled out just cut them out. No headlines. No statements. Cold.

Short answer is yes because I love the club and It is upsetting at times to watch MCFC constantly under attack from the dishonest lying media corporations. The whole CAS episode was hard going.

Uefa, FA, Premier league - hang your head in shame for the part you have played in orchestrating a partisan view of Manchester City.

I think we have all educated ourselves as a fan base in order to retort the barrage of lies we now face daily. It is disguising behaviour from the football community and the organisations that pander to their needs. Supporting city today means you need to be financially proficient, a student of law and a budding investigative reporter;)

The only disappointment I have is that they have taken the enjoyment out of watching or reading anything City related or indeed football in general with the negative tone set out from the start.

Taking emotions out if it and thinking with a clear mind it is all a load of rubbish concocted up by football clubs that fear competition. The whole thing is a racket.

All being said, it’s fucking great being a blue and I would not have it any other way. Many are called but few are chosen CTID.
Speaking as an old fart it does bother me, when I went to Maine road nobody hated us (except the rags) in fact we were envied.
It's getting hard to get past the hate these days.
It won't be popular on here but for me the club are making things worse. Buying Grealish, a player we don't need, for a British record fee will only compound the hate.

Start bringing more home grown youth through, that would help over time to quell the hate.

If you are going to get upset by the writings of oilgaenous gobshites, then maybe volleyball would be a better sport.

Not really, what would bother me a lot more is seeing a banner with 44 years at the old toilet - there was and is no other way we could ever hoped to have achieved what we have without the takeover.

It could be you! - well yeah it bloody was and still tastes just as sweet today.

I just don't read it, absolute shite. I know what we are, I know what I agree with and I know where we and our owners walk the line of my own consciousness whether it be etickets or human rights. I couldn't give a fuck what some no mark trying to get clicks on a article to pay his mortgage says. They should be irrelevant to all blues.

In regards to the recent treatment of Grealish from Villa fans (amazing to think that they were begging him to stay at their club mere days ago) I just find it so so weird. There's losing your best player and then there's Villa fans. We all know Grealish is a lifelong Villa fan but I wouldn't be surprised if he has a smirk if he scores/assists against them this season.
