Sadly the only exercise i get is putting the kettle on ....... so i have to rely on watching Rachel on Countdown to get any kind of a 'buzz' nowadays!

lmao. Mines a realistic challenge something where you dont have to be ridiculsly fit to achieve. Yours is Lance Armstrong tackle!
