doing it hard

Sadly the only exercise i get is putting the kettle on ....... so i have to rely on watching Rachel on Countdown to get any kind of a 'buzz' nowadays!

i will be doing the 3 peaks challenge in june/july. Ben Nevis, Scarfell, Snowdon all in 24 hours.

If anyone is up for doing this as a bluemoon challenge kinda thing for either charity or personal satisfaction lets get a few lads together and Do It!!!

You have to train smart.

But you only get the buzz from pushing the limits.

As for where you put your thumb? It's up to you what you do in private.
