My argument is that Trump is measured by a different yardstick and he shouldn't be.

If Trump were measured by the same yardstick as any other politician he'd have paid the price for any one of a dozen scandals he's managed to skate over.

Anything from openly mocking the disabled, a tape of him admitting sexual assault, Mexican immigrants are rapists and bad hombres, taking the piss out of dead soldiers' families - and that's just before the election let alone having your personal lawyer commit felonies to pay off a porn star a week before the election, having your presidential campaign manager go to jail for treasonous crimes, the KKK has plenty of good people too, having your "charity" investigated for being effectively a money laundering scheme and paying your personal debts, funneling state funds into your personal hotel resort, having the son in law get caught lying dozens of times on his security clearance applications...

Trump supporters complaining about double standards? Give me a fucking break.

Executive order aside, I'm wondering if this is going to be the 'new norm', what happened to the United States Secretary of Homeland Security, Kirstjen Neilsen when she was having dinner in...

... a Mexican restaurant! Some of it is cringeworthy, BUT there seems to be a case of the worm turning...

And so it begins in earnest...

Am guessing those who castigate the restaurant owner in this case will be the same who praised the baker in Colorado for refusing to make a wedding cake for two gay men.
Some NRA nut will probably shoot up the place now just like the Comet restaurant in DC after the Pizzagate bullshit.

Well, didn't the Supreme Court uphold the decision for a shop owner having a right to choose whom they serve...?

The natural argumentative reasoning would be that lying 'is not Christian' and working for a man who 'is not Christian' would go against religious principles.

It's a stupid gate opening interpretation that will be flooded by any and everyone...
