I was talking to a guy today who is a mechanic. He was dirty, stupid and poor but he had his Trump 2020 button on his hat.

Poor people are literally sending this asshole money for hats/shirts/buttons so he can lower their wages and take their healthcare.

I think Damo's point is a lot of this legislation will be reversed out if Trump goes and the House and/or Senate get flipped. And he's right probably, but . . . that doesn't mean there won't be short-term consequences that evolve into longer-term problems. Having said this, it seems clear to me that some of Trump's executive orders are aimed nearly solely at inflaming his opponents or wrecking Obama's legacy, even if (or maybe even especially if) his proposals contradict the findings of bureaucratic research organizations like the EPA or CBO. He's already tarred these organizations with the "Deep State" epithet too, which is a dishonest, unfair, counterproductive and frankly ludicrous thing to do. These are the political machinations of a troll looking to appease other trolls.

Among the ways I see Trump as different as a politician is his willingness to restrict, obfuscate or outright poison the information well of "non-partisan" people and organizations, bureaucratic institutions that are designed to be above the fray to keep the country evolving regardless of the President's political leanings. He's done this already with information releases from the Department of Commerce, which I know because I work with them on their data sets. He's trying to do this with the Fed too, which I also know because I work with their data sets. It seems particularly egregious with the EPA IMO, to your point.

This was actually pointed out to them by msnbc or nbc in an gathering of his supporters, they actually just didn't give a fuck, still saying we love trump. Ycmiu what hold this racist **** has over them, its like some sort of spell.
 
Hey guys, yeah like we're really sorry about North Korea. You see, it turns out that they still have nuclear weapons even though they said they'd get rid of them. We thought for sure once Dumb Donald gave them a really mean look they'd get rid of them.

You know what? I honestly believe that Trump is doing bite sized ads, like the one between TV shows. And expecting people to just remember the one minute ads.

Or (more likely actually) a trailer for a really shit series. Where the trailer has a "best bits" of about 10 seconds.

They had the choice of a shit sandwich or a ****. As the **** wasn't a politician they went with him.

Bernie would have destroyed him but Hilary and her arrogance projected by the democrats hierarchy supporting her (in some cases illegally). The working voter gave her and the party a huge fuck you.

Where's the republicans balls to go after him? They'll appease him to keep power and self profit.

About time you yanks had another revolution. I'm sure the CIA would happily help as they have years of experience in regime change.
