Whilst this is patently a fact, I’d suggest Trump is the reason Biden got more votes than any person in History. They were voting anti Trump rather than pro Biden.

Much in the same way a lot of people voted anti Hillary 4 years ago and got Trump elected. I know many Americans, some of them Texas based Republicans who reluctantly voted Trump 4 years ago because they couldn’t vote Hillary. I don’t know whether they re-voted Trump this time around. I’ve avoided discussing politics with my US work colleagues these past few years.

Although you have avoided the political discussion, generally those who would initiate that discussion with you would have voted for Trump.

As already mentioned by so many, Pfizer has nothing to do with Warp speed.

also , as schooled by Mrs dr JASR, there’s hope for that vaccine, but it’s not been published in any medical journals yet, just a press release. there are many things that need to be empirically known and scruterneered before we break out the jelly and ice cream for COVID. - including, how long does the vaccine last in us, how effective is it across the range of viral mutations, or is it just effective against one.

and from nonmedical me:
what follow up programs are going to be put in place to ensure that anyone Getting the vaccine is monitored (long term side effects, effectiveness, resilience against mutations of COVID etc).
will Pfizer donate the vaccine to the world, to enable nonprofiteering and allow massive ramping up of production.

President de-selected cannot claim or bathe in anything good about the vaccine, nor the stock market, after his absolute shitshow for the past 11 months on the subject.
