Bollocks. You see Merkel or the a German Govt fawning over Trump? You see German officials stating Trump would be the biggest friend to Germany as we did with ‘Brexit Britain’? You see German ministers gurning in a lift with Trump like an excited schoolboy?

You judge people on how they react to power when its in its ascendency, not when it’s broken. Johnson modelled himself on Trump, the lies, the abuse of power in illegally suspending parliament, encouraging nationalism.

You’re actively trying to derail the thread to bash Tories, if you want to discuss them, quote me in their thread and I’m happy to tell you why our relationship is different than the Germans’ is to America.

The main difference is we prostrate ourselves before America and invite them to walk all over us.

We couldn‘t wait to suck Trump off, what’s more Johnson enjoyed it. we even let the **** dictate that the Home Sec at the time couldn‘t attend the State Banquet because he was a Muslim. May didn’t want to ‘upset him’.

We even sacked our Ambassador to the US when it was leaked that the Ambassador was doing his job which upset Trump. Can’t jeopardise that all so important trade deal can we? How’s that working out?

A cabinet of cowards. All resigning and protecting themselves rather than have a modicum of the patriotism the US loves by pushing for the 25th Amendment. Leave it to Nancy and see who his fascist allies are trying to stop it.

It was a self serving agenda from day one. From the moment she first stepped up to the podium and utter the words 'I promise I will never lie', it was about her. She knew what she was getting into and not one f*ck was given by her.
 
Russia/China must be loving what is happening, and Trump has delivered precisely what those countries wanted. Something fundamental has to change to prevent internet/tv/reality tv stars from being political leaders.

I'd suggest making only actual politicians with actual time spent in politics the only ones to be able to run for power. It cant go onb like this, At some point someone as shit as Trump but with brains is going to take charge.

And what if Twitter was run by a Trump supporter? Or Facebook was anti-Dems/Biden. We're so very close to losing democracy imo
