I also remember his popularity bombing and him hastily backtracking on his oath to ban abortion, because it didn't sit well with the majority female vote. He wouldn't dare try it with the American people so he's doing it to the poor and disadvantaged because it's the only way he could. World health is everybody problem. If disease spreads it could spread to our shores. If women die of botched abortions because they had to go to backstreet butchers then it's on HIM !
