I will have to watch it later for the uncontrollable laughter and rage.
From what I have seen as of late (and perhaps I have missed more critical coverage), BBC News generally continues to cover Trump and co favourably, so it doesn’t surprise they aren’t calling the spokesman out for the insanity.
To be fair they did try, and a couple of times asked him to answer the questions they were asking. When Katty Kay tried to make her point or counter something he'd claimed on poll ratings, he just got louder and louder... He had his memorised spiel, and nothing was going to stop him saying it.
I suspect they have had enough of these motormouths that they view it as 5 minutes of purgatory to go through, and let anyone watching draw their own conclusions.
