Ultimately he can say what he wants right now, he's not yet in power, but once he is, he'll have to get it into legislation, that'll take a lot of time and effort, he'll have 4 years, then he'll be gone for good (unless he can change their constitution - highly unlikely), lets hope it's not musk taking over from him.
