No, cult members like him. Conservatives are embarrassed by him, and at themselves for supporting him. See, they were humiliated by all those anti-Trump, “orange man bad”, “TDS” types who got Trump right from the beginning. They figured he wouldn’t be as awful as the liberals and moderates they look down upon and ridicule said he would be. And they were wrong.I thought it was the conservatives that liked him?
The problem now is, because their ideas are stale, they need the “deplorables”, the cult members, that they secretly detest to support Conservatives, or they won’t win any race. So they’ve been put in an awful position: kiss the ring of Trump, or be tossed out of the boat by the cult that now dominates the party, the cult to whom they ceded control because Trump “wouldn’t be that bad, and at least he isn’t Hillary.” And of course, they can’t swim to the other boat where liberals and moderates are. So they’re stuck.
But power makes you do funny things, like sacrifice every ounce of self-respect and become a flat-out whore like Graham and Haley and McCarthy. Some boat is better than no boat. So they get on their knees and hunt around in Trump’s ample trousers to find his tiny schlong so they can engulf it with their mouths and cover it in their saliva. In public. Over and over. I’m guessing most whores don’t like their jobs, don’t like their clients, and are in it for the money — don’t you?
