Every country is littered with lunatics. In the days before social media they were the nutters in the pub that everyone ignored and those on the left side of the Dunning Kruger curve who “know” how smart they are and can’t understand why most people can’t see it. They used to be harmless enough until malign forces found a way of harnessing their votes through conspiracy bollocks on social media. These days there’s a whole industry dedicated to getting idiots to vote in a certain way, and we can’t get round the fact that an idiot’s vote is worth as much as a genius.

In built up areas of Wales the speed limit is 20, whether there are warning signs there or not.
