i went in just to see what it was like, was about 2007 on a friday night, the youngest lady in there was about 35, and that doesn't include the bar staff.

Other dives i've been in:
Continental Club - THEE best place to pick up an eager, older woman if that is your thing, which it was with me many years ago. 22 years old in 2000, the night before we won promotion at Blackburn actually, and picked up a 50 odd year old. I achieved legendary status for that.
Press Club - warm Red Stripe, lovely!
Phoenix Club around 1995 - Place was a death trap! Course, you could still smoke in pubs/clubs back then and we went in for my 18th and the place was dripping from ceiling to floor with that crepe paper stuff, tissue paper if you know what I mean. One lit cig on that and the place was history!
Henri Afrikas - dog shit
The Conti club though - ah they were the days!

We used to go in religiously on a Sunday night. That prick from 'N-Trance' would go in and dance like in one of his video's. Bizarrely we used to go in, pissed up and huddle on the dance floor shouting 'moss side, moss side', insinuating thats where we are from and not to mess with us. We all lived in North Manc!
