Used to love my kebabs, but since ive moved up to denton though there all shite, mice land on hyde road do the best lamb kebab wraps you could eat

I hope you're on your Iphone or other device and that is an auto correct mistake. The name of that place sounds dodgey as fuck otherwise.

Its officially called spice land but for the obvious reason it has a pet name it was rats at the back hitting the bags of rubbish still great lamb kebabs, well i think it was lamb............

I had a normal kebab on nan from noddys on Saturday night and yes it was nice but I'm on a mission now to get fit And healthy. No more eating crap however good it tastes. Everyday now is weights and cardio. I don't want to be a fat twat anymore lol

was it the proper bread like an earlier post suggests or is it still the thin shite?
Thin like a pancake

Yeah...
They have a homemade chilli sauce too...

is it that wafer thin shite they stick under the grill to warm up for about 3 seconds?
Nah, its a decent size piece. It's could be a bit thicker, but it's good. Trust me on this one.

Takeaway doner is great......right up to the point when you finish the last bit and then immediately you wish you hadn't bothered.

Bit like pork scratchings

I know what you mean, as soon as im finished eating i think 'what did i just do to myself'!

still amazing at the time tho :)

Not a massive fan of doner kebabs but the chicken tikka kebabs from chillis are the best I've ever had! (next to the bar fringe on ancoats)

Edit I think its actually called swan street, its the victoria end of great ancoats.

The mrs landed home one day with some frozen doner meat from iceland or wherever, I thought this will be shite but how wrong I was, it was quite decent considering and I was able to feed my little addiction every evening for a good 10 happy days!
I went in to my local Iceland today especially for this meat but couldn't find it. What part of the store do they keep it? I did find 2 kebabs for £2 though. 2 mins in the microwave....little bit dubious about them, but thought I'll give them ago.
It's kept in the safe pal.

Is it one of the "under the counter specials"?

Listen, you keep your grubby little thieving hands out of there if you know what's good for you pal, stocks are already at a record low.

I need my weekly fix of doner meat. The 2 kebabs for £2 don't do it for me. I am begging for it.
