One has just opened across from City on Ashton New Rd, I have been in twice, ordered a chicken and lamb kebab, chicken Balti, both very, very good.

Anyone know what this place is called?? Am interested in trying it but cannot find it anywhere online.

Yogurtlu Adana is the ultimate kebab. Kofte, tomato sauce, with yoghurt and butter cooked in the oven on Turkish bread.

Best place for kebabs (meat kebabs, not doner) IMO is North London.

Agree with you, unfortunately - almost any takeaways in Green Lane near Spurs and Cirrik Bros sitdown in Stoke Newington are the ultimate. Pubs in North London are generally terrible though.
