Guys, do you know how long it takes to search through an excel file for your customer number, select your email address, CTRL C, then go to the email, CTRL V, then look for the PDF ticket on their server and attach that to the email, FOR THREE THOUSAND PEOPLE.

We’re a long way from the days of automating stuff like this … may be in the future it will be possible.
