Dortmund Fans plan for next wednesday

this is turning out to be a really good thread and it shows our city has plenty to offer travelling supporters.

I hope Dortmund fans have a great time in Manchester and think of City fans as being the proper Manchester people, not like them lot down the road.

One thing they might not like is the influx of Veltins lager in the city, i know my mate who's from Dortmund won't drink the stuff because of its connection with Schalke 04!

I've seen Dortmunder Export sold in bottles at a few bars in the NQ which should be more to their liking!

Shame that some Dortmond fans arent going to get in when there is tickets left. The club should have given them another block with hindsight. I guess its too late to let them have unsold tickets as they will be spread around the stadium. Aris were given extra.

I agree with this. Fantastic away support and you could more or less guarantee that they would have been able to sell more than the usual allocation.

Went to Germany for the World Cup in 2006. Had a fantastic time with the german people. Like a drink and a sing song on match days just like we do. Went to Dortmunds stadium for Japan vs Brazil. Brilliant stadium. If any Dortmund fans are after tickets. Why not try:

Hope to have a drink with a few of you guys on Wednesday before the game.

Ive just recalled why I was in such a state at Stoke the other week....that boozer The Terrace , near the station had Dortmunder on draft...quaffed about 8 pints of it. Fucking loop juice, worse that Stella and Ayingerbrau!
