Dortmund (H) - CL QF | Post-Match Thread

Shit lineup and lucky to get away with a win. Bellingham goal should have stood.

Pep if ur listening. Stop tinkering with the lineup ffs. And play a striker. And don't be afraid to drop a big name player
If you've ever played football you would know that going into a tackle with your foot raised and studs directed towards a player is a foul .NO GOAL !

Gundo and Bernie lost a bit of form already before the internationals. They started 3 games in 6 days for Germany and Portugal respectively which didn't help. Dias is playing every 3 days since God knows when.

At least one of Gundo/Bernie plus Dias, Rodri and Kevin should be rested against Leeds. Foden is young and can recover quickly.

Think we will play much better against Bayern/PSG if we beat Dortmund. Teams like Spurs, Monaco and Lyon are more difficult for us for some reason. By contrast, we were fantastic against Real.

That was incredibly nervous. Not going to lie I got so deflated after the away goal. We showed huge character to get ourselves back in front.
We weren't ourselves tonight we can be much better and we've shown that all season. But what we have is an incredible group of players that can come up with a magic moments at anytime in a game.
The tie is still in the balance the away goal for them is huge.
But we go there with something to hold onto to which is important. No doubt we can go over their and do a number on them.

Standouts obviously Phil Foden and De Bruyne...Walker was really good but he really should of been around on the cover for the goal we conceded.

I'm just happy we have a lead going to Germany.
think 2 leg is in Budapest. not that it will make much difference..
2-1 for City again.
