Doughnuts

Not sure if its still there, but there used to be a donut stall on Bury market that did the best fresh out of the fryer, covered in sugar donuts I have ever had. I used to look forward to trips down the market just to get my gnashers around a few of these. In fact I'll be looking out for said stall when we are back in a few weeks, this thread has made my mouth water :P

But as a second choice, DD does superb coffee and donuts.

when i was a kid you got doughnuts with jam and fresh cream in the centre of them, delicious!

I agree... Also echo what others have said, Krispy Kreme is criminally over rated and over priced.
