I think it’s a bit of both. One of them that could be done straightforwardly but I do think it’s a last resort.

Personally would like this to happen. Not totally convinced City do. We had a 25m buy back in 2021, which never got activated even tho at the time he was playing well and in the 40m+ bracket. We didn’t even factor it into the Grealish transfer ie we don’t activate the clause if they dropped the Jack price by 10m.
