Never seems to be any consistency with this. I was contacted by City about three or four years ago saying that from the start of the next season every single supporter must have a unique email address, including my son, who was about three years old at the time. So I had to create a new email for the sole purpose of re-registering him with City.

And yet I see multiple posts from people saying their children are still registered on their own email.

i got an email before the start of the season about 2 months ago stating my son who is 14,15 next week must now have his own email address and account ( because he is 14 it said ) ,he has been on my account and email since he was 3 and got his first season ticket

I only created my sons account this year and because of his age (8) it forced me to use my own email address.
The only way I can get back into his account is by logging in using the supporter number. You get a warning saying

• Oops! We no longer allow log in by supporter number, please log in with your email address.
  Don't know the email on your account? Click the link below to log in with supporter number. (Ref: EC5)

Then another warning saying :

To make sure everyone gets the rewards they deserve, we now require everyone to provide a unique email and use this for login.

If your email address was used for more than one ticketing supporter number in the past, you will need to update each of the accounts to specify an email for each supporter number.


And when you finally get into the account, you cant change the email address:
"This section cannot be edited - please contact mancity@mancity.com if you need to make changes."



Why didn't they just let me use his email to register! Don't make it easy do they

I've also just gone in there and downloaded his junior pass to my google wallet to check this method works
