Drinking on your own in a pub

I'm just walking into town on my own for a few beers, a few bottles of Becks at £1.69 then on to Yates to watch Brentford, then on to the water witch for a few traditional beers by the canal.

By a strange coincidence, 'the Cloud', Spoons wifi provider, have just sent me a questionnaire regarding my 'recent experience in the Hope Tap' (local Spoons). I wonder why a lot of the multiple choice answer pages had an option at the bottom of 'I don't remember' or 'I can't remember'?

Oh I know that - we'll fall out at some point, and I'll call him a ****, and get a ban, as usual.
But at least I treat the other 54,460 posters equally, so let him enjoy the honeymoon period while it lasts.

Really enjoyed reading this thread.
I've thought about going for a quite pint before but always a bit worried I would attract the creepy/weirdo crowd to me. Any tips on deflecting those types from ruining my quite pint? I should add I'm a 20-something woman.
