Players at this level wouldn't be fazed by a drug test. They would have been tested plenty of times during their career.
Doesn't seem to be random though, which is a bit odd.
A drug test shouldn't be in the news unless somebody fails one.

was reading the other day how FIFA have changed drug testing for the world Cup, they said something about keeping the tests and comparing them to previous tests and future tests, maybe it's WC related.
