Somebody must've had a word for him to pull that tweet.
They're all different types of boot.
So the turquoise ones are the Copa boot, white is the AdidasX, which is really light and aimed at forwards (Jesus wears 'em), Grey is the Nemeziz - allegedly for control - and Pink is the Predators, and the marketing around that is to do with power, and that's one reason why a lot of defenders wear them.
So you choose a type of boot based on which you like playing in, and then they send you the newest colour of that boot every 2 months or so.

Pink? I think you'll find they're 'clear orange.' According to Adidas, anyway.
Right up there with 'faded salmon' colour.
He deleted the tweet but people got screenshots
You know blue is for boys, pink for girls hence the gay movement 'took' the colour. That's the context and so to link pink with being 'weak' could interpreted as homophobic but it was probably just a crass comment. I don't know why a sports journalist, who knows the power of words, would want to demean a footballer, but if he has deleted a post, he probably realises it was in poor taste.I'm no fan of Castles but on what planet is that tweet "homophobic" ?
In the modern snowflake world - if you dig deep enough there's something to be offended by in every comment.I'm no fan of Castles but on what planet is that tweet "homophobic" ?
