Useless bit of information. The 1-2 in 1965 was i believe Joe Mercers first game in charge. Think we had Ralph Brand playing for us. No pies left when i got to the game.

Ralph Brand - a name from the past. His career went downhill after joining City. Was good for Rangers and Scotland. Some more Scots I remember is Matt Gray(best header of a ball in Scotland - said Headline) , Bobby Kennedy , wing half, thighs like Chris Foy -(Olympic Gold Cyclist.)

dont think you will see all the first team not the players from the world cup anyway will still be on holiday.

Their boys will be up for a battle with a big English team, Think even them and Dundee Utd join up when an old firm or Aberdeen come to town.
Im not condoning football hooliganism or neither do I partake in it anymore.
Just think in Scotland they still think they have a point to prove with us English after Hampden 89'
All my point is that they may not be as "friendly" excuse the pun!!, as you think.
Us seasoned away travellers don't see much aggro anymore except for Madrid's baton wielding animals masquerading as Police, but the Scottish always seem they have to prove something to us superior neighbours!!

I know Sky Sports would have us believe its a thing of the past but as anybody who attends matches knows different i.e. Chelsea in the cup and Cardiff and as always the Derby.
Saying that I do fancy this one as its a ground were ive never been.
Is it Dundee/Dundee Utd were they are across the road from one another??

Wonder if we can get a direct train??

Not surprised they are off to St Andrews for early pre season training. I went to look at the facilities there a few weeks back as my daughter is hoping to go there to University and the sports facilities are seriously impressive.

Lovely place mate. Prince Willy went there I think? Very picturesque, very expensive probably due to all the Yank tourists!! God the lads don't stay in any shitholes do they?? City players seldom whinge if ever but it begs the question how top flight footballers can moan about anything??? Hope your daughter gets in there mate .

So no Hart, Zaba, Kompany, Clichy, Yaya, Ferny, Milner, Silva, Navas, Dzeko, Aguero - assuming Nasri and Negredo miss out on selection.

Why? is Nasri in contention to miss out? Shocking if he is, he's had a great season for us!

Probably a change at Preston? I think that's the way it goes when going to Scotland or Carlisle even to change? If its on the East Coast of Scotland im not sure?
Really fancy this one as you cant beat the soft Scottish accent on a Woman! And all women love us English "Gentlemen"!!! That's what I tell myself anyway!!!
If you find out the details mate will you post em? I'll do the same!!!

It is probably because we don't walk around with skirts on.
