Dunne Rejects Move

I'd like something from the club about this. City accepted the offers, but Dunne is going to stay? Doesn't this mean Hughes doesn't want him?

He's in danger of not even making the squad this season. So I hope he hasn't rejected this move on the basis that he is staying.

Dunnie has been a great player for City and is one of the reasons we are still in the Prem. However if Dunnie is a regular next season we have no chance of top 4. Ask yourself why are the teams chasing Dunne are Sunderland and Stoke and not Liverpool and Chelsea.

He's like John Terry at chelsea or Steven Gerrard at Liverpool or Maldini at AC. He's city through and through.

toys back in pram please, brush your teeth and go to bed, it's been a long day and you're over-tired.

Yeah your right because when anybody with any knowledge of football discusses the best players in the World they always say, Terry, Gerrard, Maldini and Richard Dunne!

Its ridiculous that people receive the bad news that we wont be signing Eto'o and then try to counter it with 'Oh well Dunnies staying, everythings ok now'!

not got the energy or the inclination, but if you think you right, you no nowt about football

or being a city fan

This site is full of opinions however Dunne not being in the same league as Terry, Gerrard and Maldini is not my opinion it is 100% pure FACT and if you think otherwise I suggest you see a doctor because you are clearly not right in the head!

As for the part about being a City fan I should remember before I post that if I make comment that does not agree with the masses I can expect to be labelled 'not a proper City fan'. I dont know whether to argue the toss here or whether to state that I dont want to be a proper City fan if being a proper City fan means you have to settle for mediocrty and worship average footballers who have achieved fuck all in their career other than getting off the drink!

Maybe being with City over the bad times he may want to stay and see us have some glory

Fair enough, but if this story is true, then Mark Hughes disagrees. Manager wants to sell him (which means he's got someone else in mind for captain, and someone lined up for CB?), Dunne rejects move, fans reject managers judgment and applaud the fact the manager has been frustrated in the transfer market? ;-)
