This thread isn't for a reaction it is just an honest opinion based on what I have seen of his performances so far, to say Dzeko has looked a £30m player based on the start he has made is simply not true.

And for the last year Torres and Rooney havent looked like 30 mill players.

You compared him to Samaras and subsequently called him a lemon. That's jumping the gun in my opinion.

it's too easy to write off his goal by saying anyone could have scored it, i don't think we have anyone else that would have been in the right position to finish the move off - that's exactly what we got him for

tev plays too deep, that was a pretty fast break and dzeko obviously had a yard on the last defender and he was quick enough to stay a yard ahead and keep up with richards burst

i think he'll prove a great buy

Micah had a good game but Dzeko did nothing more than the rest of them, people are just making excuses because he is new. The truth seems very hard to handle on this forum but I am just saying it how I see it.

For the record my own mates disagree with me so I understand I am in a minority but only the future will tell who was right, I hope I am proved to be wrong but can't see it at the moment.

Well that's good then, new players deserve to be given a chance to settle in properly before being judged.
