How about "Dzeko is a quality player but has only just joined the club after resting through the Bundesliga winter break. As such, he looks rusty and his first touch is lacking, and he is having issues settling. But he deserves far more time to settle before he can be judged."?

Man City's style of play is very different from that of Wolfsburg, so Dzeko looks lost out there sometimes. That being said, it doesnt help that he is not getting any crosses, everything is going through the middle with short quick passes. He doesn't get the ball passed to him when he should. However, he still needs time.

I'll just add, real supporters will keep supporting the lad and every other player through his/their accommodation to the team and league.

Well, considering all other "so-called supporters", it would be the best for them, to blame him for every game we lost. The lad (I know he's reading this forum), will eventually get used to it, and I hope he'll stop paying attention to it.

There is a great distinction between the "real", and "so-called" supporters.

I really don't see what he has done wrong? He plays with passion,takes up good positions,gives defenders a hard time and quite obviously has an eye for goal.

I've maintained since the day we bought him he'll be a big-money flop, and today did nothing to change my mind. His 'shot' was going into row Z until it smashed off Silva's back.

Does it not worry anyone these was seemingly no competition for his signature. If he was the real deal you can be sure scouts from the European giants would have seen this and they'd have moved in. This combined with the fact he moved for 20k just a few years ago leaves me believing we've overpaid at least 20m for a distinctly average player. Hope i'm wrong but expect to be proven correct over time.
