Snap their hands of at €25m. Free up the foreign quota, get rid of his wages, get rid of a sulker.

I agree mate....I think its clear Dzeko is ready for a move and think its best for both sides if he moves on....if Roma are offering around £15mil I'd take the offer...he'll be 30years old by this time next year so seems a fair price and we'd get his wages off the books...thanks

If we sell Jovetic and Dzeko i think we will def sign another striker. We wont stick with just Kun, Bony and *Inheacho even though im guessing we will just play with one up top

Fuck, I'll drive him anywere my self just to get rid of him[/QU

do you actually watch city games, apart from his 1st bit part season and last season where his chances were limited he as averaged almost a goal every other game in the league so surely he his not as shit as your making out, dont get me wrong its time for both club and player to part there ways but he will go with most city fans best wishes

From Anon: From our most reliable source here in Aus, United apparently offered upwards of £20m(not euros) for Dzeko yesterday but were told to swivel.

Francesco Totti says he will not try to convince Edin Dzeko to join Roma while they are both on tour in Australia - but says the Manchester City striker would be a smart signing.

Manchester City face the Serie A side in the International Champions Cup in Melbourne on Tuesday as both sides get ready for the new season.

Reports in Italy claim Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini has flown to England to negotiate a deal with City, but Totti says he will be keeping a respectful distance when the sides meet.

"I'm sure that if he should come to AS Roma he can surely help us. He's a world class player and has a very good eye for goal."

Manuel Pellegrini’s side kicked off their tour Down Under with a 2-0 win against Adelaide United behind closed doors, before taking on Melbourne City on Saturday ahead of clashes with Roma and Real Madrid.

Roma, meanwhile, have one eye on the Champions League next season and coach Rudi Garcia says they are determined to make the knockout stage this term, after winning just one of their six group games in the last tournament.

"We want to improve and get one round further at least," he told reporters.

"I'm sure we have gained valuable experience last year and I'm sure it will be a valuable lesson."

If true I'd quote them £30m.

We've had the best years out of him and he only cost £27m in the first place.
The rags are spunking money like there's no tomorrow.
It would be a shame if we didn't have a piece of it.

Ideally yeah but i'd still take £20m sterling. He wouldnt get past Vinny and co so no worries about him coming back to haunt us and imagine the fun we'd have at their expense.
