One by one the class of 2012 are departing, all have played their role in our recent history de Jong Barry lescott micah dzeko tevez and balotelli !! They will be fondly remembered for many years for creating history, not sure their replacements are as good. Good luck dzeko u will score for fun in Italy.

Now he's gone think we have to be grateful for those key goals and his first time finishing which was usually good. Time to part now as the frustrating parts if his game and attitude had started to take over. I think we probably got done by around £3 million but we got all those trophies with him on board . Hope he does really well in Rome

Actually it's more than that as I can't count.

Signed for £27m on a 4.5 year contract in Jan 2011. Signed a new 4 year contract last summer. So last summer his book value would have been £6m (2/9ths of £27m). Would have been £4.5m this summer therefore giving us close to £10m. That's a good piece of business then.

Am I right in thinking that dzeko was flavour of the season until Negrado arrived? then found himself sat on the bench after that, still think he did well for us early on.
