We will get a good price for him don't worry about that city arnt mugs anymore.

At last a sensible none flapper!
Not paying his wages for a year, no more not arsed performances and a fee at the end (when he will be 30) good business if you ask me

Why the fuck can't we find people who can actually pay for, and buy, our players? Unless, like with Negredo, the deal is set in stone, no way to get out of it, then there's the chance the player returns to City. This looks very much the case for Dzeko and Jovetic. Look at the official site wording:-

There's absolutely nothing set in stone about that statement, it's very much an IF.

Given Dzeko's career goals record, and Jovetic's potential combined with age, we really should be able to sell these kind of players.
Jovetic I think is obligation with no IFs. Its just a 1.5 year loan instead of just 1.

Without being difficult, how is it you know so much, when City have posted so little about ?

I live in Italy, even though I'm neither Italian nor English.

Skytg24 over here is 24/7, so we were constantly updated regarding the nature of Dzeko's deal.

The loan + the obligation to buy, for example, was rumoured 3-4 days ago.

OK thanks.

So is that how its being reported over there ? Obligation rather than option ? And that its conditions City have set, not Roma ?

It makes quite a big difference to how it will be perceived here does that.

Cant beleive these Italian clubs fuck it wonder if they will take a offer from us for a player we wanted for a loan for a year without any obiligation to buy at the end of it. I doubt it very much. I think there will be a time when we wont deal with these Italian clubs no more until they pay up money for the players.
Good luck to Edin at Roma will be always remembered by me for those vital goals in the last title winning side.

Eventual potential cost is lower than rumoured as well, BBC says:-

The Italian club have paid an initial £2.9m, with a further £7.9m due if the move is made permanent.

So, £10.8m instead of £14m. Personally think £10.8m is a steal for someone with Dzeko's scoring record.
