I can't see Dortmund pursuing him seriously. Firstly, he'd have to take a HUGE wage cut and secondly, they need someone who can transition from the midfield to attacking very quickly like Lewandowski, Edin doesn't fit that mould.

not sure about that - I think Edin far prefers fast counter attacking play than slow build up play

We got your opinion the first time, mate...

Can't believe some would opt for unproven, oft-injured Jovetic at this point, over already established Edin...

But again - football is business, so there is financial side to what happens with Edin as well...

At this point in his career though - he might be willing to take a paycut to play where he desires....and that just might be MCFC.

If Dortmund want him, he'll be a good lever for us to take one of their best players in a player + cash deal :-D

After seeing your post on the Mangala thread I'm going to presume you're a troll.

Edin's good run of form means we're probably going to have a lot of interest in him, if Dortmund are serious I'd enquire about Reus/Gundogan. Although I think Gundogan is nailed on for Madrid in the summer.

Keep him until he runs his contract, the guy is goal machine that we should keep as much as we can.

Dzeko has improved his hold up and link up play tenfold in recent months.

If he could now sort his finishing out he would be electric. Really just needs to grasp what is a chance and ensure he at least works the keeper, whilst also realising that a simple pass to a colleague can be the better option rather than thrashing the ball wide from narrow angles

All in all, Dzeko is in the form of his City career and there should be no moves to even contemplate selling him.
