E-cig's

Four days now i've been without a smoking a cig and i really do feel good for it. It turns out this giving up smoking lark is a piece of piss.

BTW has anyone just seen the smokefreeNHS advert on bluemoon. They're giving away a smokefreekit and guess what in contains. A pamphlet and an other pamphlet (maybe its just one big pamphlet), a dvd and a link to a facebook/twitter account so you can moan on that.

If the NHS/Government really wants people to give up smoking they should be giving away ecigs and the juice. Instead of pissing away money on daft smokefree kits that contain basically the sum total of fuck all.

I gave up cold turkey on Jan 1st, Mrs got a Tornado Tank last week and thought the 18mg nicotine were too harsh and left a dry throat and also with 11mg.
So I got a nicotine free gear and she finds it a lot easier.

I've been toking on it because I thought well i'm not "smoking", you know, no tar or nicotine so what the hell. I don't want another cig and I'd be happy just to sit back n chill of an evening vaping. But here's the thing - I feel guilty!

Should I ? Am I being stupid doing this even though its not "Smoking" per se or should I just not worry about it? It costs fuck all really after the initial outlay and I'm drooling about getting my own Storm varivolt lol !

Is there any health problem associated with just 0 nicotine vaping at all?? I've felt amazing the last month after giving up for 6 months and don't want to go back to feeling less energetic etc associated with smoking in the conventional sense.

On another note does anyone have definitive advice on vaping hash oil what you need etc? Can you put it in an ecig ?
Only for the wife to deal with her arthritic pain via cannabis without her smoking a joint seeing as she's trying to stop "normal" smoking.

My new E-cig is great. Its like smoking fresh air

In fact it is fresh air as the useless boy that is FTG is fucking useless

useless :))

Anywhere in the City Centre that sells these. I've decided enough is enough with Cigs and not a minute too soon.

If you just want to try a bog standard e-cig there is a VIP shop on Piccadilly station approach

I started on them and went from there...not a bad cig-a-like

Cheers. Was hoping to go on my lunch hour and thats the other side of town. Is that Tobacco shop in that walkway off St Annes square still there and will that sell them?
