but for a newcomer you can get yourself set up reasonably cheap

Get yourself a Joyetech Ego Twist 1000mah battery and a Vivi Nova tank atomizer for on top and you won't go far wrong

FUCK ME for 300 notes for a packet of fags!! For that I'd expect some buxom blonde to be lighting my tabs and then suck me off, and then ride me until I smoked the fucking packet.

Well I bought a SkyCig starter kit and the battery had died within a day.

Back on the fags for a few days I stopped in at a service station and saw cheap disposable ELites kit which I bought. Liked it and stuck with it, buying a full on kit from them online for about £60.

Since Friday night I have had two cigarettes. One that was leftover in my car and the other after sitting in a meeting for an hour where a good friend got made redundant and was in tears.

Pretty confident that I am well on the way to being an ex-smoker and fuking chuffed to bits with it.

Good for you mate, just as well you found the Elites kit, obviously the one for you, mines called e-cig wizard, no idea if it's any good but it's done me ok for the last few months, I don't even think about having a fag, just hope I can keep that way.

Wa using the e lites for a few months.
Recently got one of these though.
They're bloody brilliant.
Haven't had a cig in 5 months, and don't crave one whatsoever.

Been on em since sept not had a cig since. now down to between 6 and 11/12 mg juice. usually get stuff from either e cig wizard, totally wicked or volcano uk. if you like a menthol , the menthol burst from volcano is the best i have tried. i hated menthol fags wierd that... anyway . loads of different flavours and set ups and prices, pitch in where you can and go from there. i have loads of kit now and am happy with where i am.
