I quit cold turkey on Jan 1st and not had one since but the mrs just can't get off them but its more difficult for her because she suffers from fybromyalgia and smoking calms her nerves.

So on monday i'm taking her to a shop selling this stuff so she can try them out and find one that suits.
I must say I'm tempted to get one myself! Is that bad? I don't mean any nicotine ones just flavoured ones.

I read somewhere that you can get hash oil or something for them and there is something on youtube where a guy burns some resin through one somehow. If anyone could pm about it it would be great - my wife's doctor recommended she get some gear for her pain but seems daft starting smoking that when trying to come of cigs.

There's a guy that came into my works, that I served, some time ago. Only paid in pound notes and was ABSOLUTELY wadded!! I asked him what he did & he said he was the first person to bring e-cigs into the North West & that he was one of the only few to sell the legit brands(as a lot come from China & Thailand & there are unknown elements in their stuff).

"You must be a millionaire!" I quipped and he smirked.

"Not far off" he said and gave me his details to pass on to anyone that might want e-cigs. He also said he was getting dodgy shops shut down! I THINK his name was Nigel and he has a shop, himself.

If I clock him again, I will put his details on here with his permission.

Great i can start toking on my ecig soon then. Only thing is i don't know how to fill the bloody thing up. The instructions tell me how to use the bloody battery but i have no idea how to actually put the liquid in.

I would imagine the black bit on the end will unscrew and you pour the liquid in through there, that's how mine works, although it's a different brand it looks similar.
If you want to get started quicker nip to the local vape shop and get a bottle, they're only about a fiver.

Also, take it with you to the shop, tell them you've been given it and they'll probably show you how to fill it, they'll also let you try different flavours so you can find one you like. I use freshmint, a nice cool smoke, then again I used to use menthol rolling tobacco.
