Get involved bruv, gone from 20 plus Marlboro Red a day but since going for the ECigs i have had about 10 real cigs in the past 5 weeks - mainly when drunk and my E-Cig ran out.

E-Lites are a good starting point as you can get them in lost of places.

I smoked a lot more roll ups a day than that (chain smoker) and I've stopped completely since i started using an ecig nearly 2 months ago. I've not had a roll up or cig since and I've even cut right back on the amount of juice i use a day. As i started out using around 3.2ml a day of liquid and I'm now down to around 1.4ml of liquid (18mg strength) a day.

Thats the ecig i use, you can turn the strenght up and down depending on how you feel. Most of the time though i just run it at 3.5 volts.

Thats the liquid i use 18mg strenght, i've tried the Virginia flavour but its a bit shit and taste nothing like golden virginia. The US mix/mbro isn't that bad though.

In two months i've bought two 100ml bottles for £30 which ive got roughly 1 1/4 left of. Also i've bought 6 10ml bottle for £20 of a local shop of which i have roughly 2 1/2 to 3 bottles left of.
