I go to Vad the inhailer in Macc top lad he'll talk you through anything, free samples try different atomisers etc, he gave me a duel coil one for free last week

I smoked 20 to 30 a day for 15yrs. Then smoked 5 or 10 a day whilst chewing nicotine gum, sticking patches on myself or dissolving little nicotine tabs on my tongue.
I then read a couple of books and did a little research on the cycle of addiction.
I quit a short while later.
Ten years later I smoked for 8 or 9 months.
