Ended up going to Bundobust as it was next to the theatre we were going to.

Really enjoyed it, not expensive and decent beer/food.

Great city aswell, never been on an evening and really enjoyed it.

There’s a newish place literally right next door called Bundobust, if you can’t be bothered walking too far. Not been myself but people from work go there quite regularly so they must think it’s ok.

they have a different menu every day of the week, (repeating each week, obviously) think there's about 6 dishes each day. They're all good.

(I took my wife there on her first visit to Manchester)
