I'm not a Twitter person but I've made a throwaway account as you can't see anything otherwise and I'm following your account. I think the ideas you posted earlier about where you plan to take it look really interesting and I hope that you get a mass following over time.

Although there are plenty of long-standing City related accounts I definitely think there is room for someone with good links to the club to engage with lots of fans globally and with the huge level of interest in us then it is a great time to do it. I look forward to you taking on the poisonous retards such as Delooney et al in particular.

I agree. By next year, the likes of Wirtz might be available. I think we are basically saying, "Thanks for now, Palace, we will be in touch." I doubt he will be our "priority signing." He is not Bellingham. We will keep an eye on him, though.

I agree. No offense to tolmie, and I like Eze (a much better footballer than Nunes imo), but Gvardiol/Haaland/Bellingham etc are the kind of players you know one year in advance they will be a priority signing next summer, Eze is not. If he was that highly rated by City, he would not just have been a last week of the transfer window alternative this summer.

That’s a risk, if Bayern sack Tuchel who is already on thin ice, they will look at Wirtz and you can’t compete with Bayern for a German player. They have a massive say with the national team as well. Eze less of a risk, pundits in Germany are already tapping him up for Bayern.

This sadly, Bayern still have major pull for german player. It will be difficult for us to sign Wirtz if Bayern is serious on their attempt to sign him next summer.

Or maybe Olmo next year? I wouldnt be surprised if Palace still didnt try to get us to nibble in the next few days as in a years time the fee will be less?

He’s not their player yet but they are already briefing Sky Germany this came out 7 months a go. Another quote like this came out in January as well.

“Bayern has not been fazed by the contract renewal of Florian Wirtz at Leverkusen. The Bavarian club is frustrated by Wirtz’s decision to renew without a release clause, but they will keenly follow his situation.”

Much rather Eze than Olmo. Olmo looks like he needs protein shakes and some proper gym time, he’d get monstered in a PL midfield and is not skilful enough to make up for that.
