Ebola Outbreak

Spanish nurse contracted the virus in full bio hazard containment conditions with a supposed 100% controlled risk. She's been out and about and contagious for at least a week.

My guess is that Ebola will cause the cancellation of the Champions League and if it continues to spread league matches might be affected.

Cancelling the Champs League has nothing to do with Ebola..............

it is because the rags didn't qualify.

Spanish Health Minister says emergency protocol has been put in place for Ebola virus to guarantee safety of country's citizens

Pity he didn't consider the safety of the country's citizens before agreeing to fly the old god botherer back home.

A Spanish nurse has tested positive for Ebola in Madrid, scary

Caught it treating that old fucking priest that they flew back to Spain. They said there was little or no risk flying infected people in from Africa, well what a surprise they were talking bollocks.

Full bio suit and well aware of the dangers, only transmitted via bodily fluids, how on earth did she catch it?!

Sucked him off when nobody was watching....

Just read that the nurse reported being ill while on holiday. Wouldn't the medical team know that there is an incubation period before they'd show any signs of contracting the disease if they had it. If so you'd imagine even the simplest of minds might consider a period of quarantine for anyone involved until that period passed. Even if only for the sake of their family, fiends and in this case every poor soul they'd touch while on a bloody holiday.

And once more where are our glorious European masters? Did they dictate any procedures before a member county decided to bring a new deadly disease to the "community"? In Ireland they have us shutting down bogs for fear of a few flowers being trampled. No worries about humans though I guess.

The fella that was flown back to the UK with Ebola, it was a few weeks after the Spanish priest. I'm guessing there will be a fair few people who were involved with his care shitting their pants tonight. It didn't take a genius to realise that it was going to be difficult enough to stop this spreading outside of Africa without proactively importing infected people to different continents. I cannot believe anyone thought it was a sensible decision. Give it 6 months and I reckon this is going to be a fucking nightmare but then I am half way through Stephen King's The Stand which probably isn't helping me retain a sense of perspective.

Nice and warm so I hear, less chance of catching Ebola.

Quick question, if this disease becomes rife in Europe do the people responsible for exposing the continent to it go to hell also?

Can't remember who it was but some guy said on the news the other day that the longer this outbreak continues the more chance of it mutating to become airborne. Has it mutated at all since the first outbreak was identified in 1976?
