But working in a place that employs people on zero hours contracts Ed Milliband was spot on.

I've seen the look on people's faces when we've had to tell our general staff there's no work, it rarely happens but it occasionally does, if you are willing to work regularly then you should be honoured with a contract.

Plus I completely agree with the private renting for young people. I myself rent privately at 22 and have since the age of 19, having some stability over a 3 year period would be great, I do also agree with Clegg's buying whilst you rent scheme.

Not sure how true, but apparently 70 Labour MPS employ people on zero hour contracts !! Nobody should have a zero hour contract.
