EDEN SIGNS!!!
themadinventor said:xzbit04 said:So now his agent says he has agreed terms with ALL 3 CLUBS and is waiting for Hazard's choice-
Eden Hazard will delay making a decision on his future until after Belgium's friendly against England at Wembley next week, but his agent claims that he has agreed terms with Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.
Hazard revealed last week he would be playing in Manchester next season, although he did not disclose whether that would be in red or blue, but has subsequently admitted his interest in Chelsea following their Champions League win on Saturday.
Hazard's agent, John Bico, says terms have been agreed with all three Premier League clubs, and it is just a matter of the 21-year-old deciding which club to join.
"We are no longer in the negotiations stage," Bico was quoted as saying the the Daily Telegraph. "We have reached agreement with all parties. There will be no higher bid.
"Eden has already said he wants it to be fixed before June 2. He will decide after [Belgium's] games against Montenegro and England, then go on holiday with peace of mind.
"Eden is in the reflections stage and a decision will be taken quickly. Those who have come forward have a one-in-three chance."
On that bit of the statement alone I really hope City tell this little jumped up git to get stuffed, who the hell does he think he is ??, we are the premier league champions with so much to offer lets not let this little twerp make fools of us again, we only just got away with the Tevez affair but at least he was a City player, this guy could run us ragged and then not even sign !!, please Mr Khaldoon tell him to get lost and send a message out loud and clear.

Why? He is making the biggest decision of his life. it's not his fault if the children on here have all the backbone of a spoilt 7 year old who needs her pony now, not on her birthday.themadinventor said:BoyBlue_1985 said:

Don't tell me to calm anything down, I'm well aware we are not Madrid or Barca but we are the English champions and as such shouldn't take any more of this little git and his games.

Man City 8/11
Man Utd 5/4
Chelsea 3/1
Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool 33/1
It seems even they don't trust their own sources very much..

Didn't Hazard say he only wants to go to the Premier League? So that could explain their apparent lack of interest. Also, everyone seems to think that Barca will sign Neymar, so that could be why they don't want/need Hazard. Madrid have Ronaldo, Ozil, Di Maria etc.johnmc said:SWP's back said:Stop being a wum.johnmc said:Out of interest why arent Barca or Real rumoured to be in for him - even if they dont need a player they are usually in the mix
Genuine question for crying out loud.

seems to be a big fuss over a player from Belgium

"United want him? Bid a million more than them"
Ha Ha - not at all.
As you state, we are champions. Our spending over the next few years will be minimal in comparison to previous.
The kid is 21 and even in five years, has a massive resale value if he does the business for us.
In two years time he would be coming to City and asking for an increase anyway.
The fee is the same across the board, we just need to make sure the wages are far enough apart to seal the deal.
I believe we should always make exceptions for exceptional talents and this kid can be the difference in us retaining the title and a decent shot at the Champs League.

If Hazard gets 200k a week, why can't RVP demand 300k? Kompany 350k?
Shit, if I was Balos agent, I'd immediately be on the phone for at least parity. He's the same age and has achieved more in his career.
With FFP looming, we do not have the money to spunk. We're champions and have a young, world class squad and manager. If this isn't enough for him then so be it.
No, he hasn't.

I think Balotelli has won more tbh.
Hkibou said:Just to be accurate, he also won UNFP player of the month April 2012.
You may say my point of view is biased of course but to me Hazard has proven more than Balotelli. The palmares itself is not sufficient to compare the two players.
While Balotelli has never done a complete season (he never played more than 1410 minutes in a season **), Hazard has been an unquestionable starting player for three seasons now.
Balotelli has always been a bonus player, not an important one. Unlike Hazard, he doesn't know what it's like to carry a whole team on your shoulder, to be the leader of the game and the star of the team.
