Thing is there has been a done deal between Chelsea and Lille same as a done deal for the rags and City. Trouble is player is still undecided which deal he wants. So in theory all ITKs are right in that their respective clubs have agreed terms but the last bit his signature on a contract still to be resolved, pages numbers for this thread must start to look a bit more impressive than they did. Must be up to 500 pages by now.
